New Guidelines

In line with government guidelines all patients must wear a mask whilst in the surgery. Patients must provide their own mask.

Appointments

To help protect both patients and staff, please note that all appointment requests will be via our telephone triage service.

To help triage patients, our receptionists will ask screening questions and request details about the reason for your call.

Appointments will generally be via telephone / video consultations, only if needed and safe will you be asked to attend the surgery after a GP telephone triage call.

The practice will continue to have processes to ensure childhood immunisations, cervical smears and other essential care continues.

If you are seen in surgery, your clinician may need to wear gloves, gown and mask so do not be alarmed.

Prescriptions

We will no longer be issuing printed prescriptions. All prescriptions will be sent electronically to your pharmacy to limit / stop footfall to the surgery.

If you have not been set-up electronically with your pharmacist, you will be asked on the telephone for your nominated pharmacy so that your prescription can be sent there electronically.
