Housing Support Form

We are collaborating with Birmingham City Council to assist our patients with housing related problems. Cranstoun (www.cranstoun.org) lead workers will be at the surgery every Tuesday to assist you for any housing related issues. We do not have any direct responsibility for these services and you should be contacting council directly as per the advise provided through these sessions for any further follow up. We aim to respond within 10 working days for arranging a session with Cranstoun Lead worker.
